with established Burn Seasons which are
March 1 through June 15, and
October 1 through December 15.

Backyard burning or Open burning means:  open outdoor fires and burn barrels.

Agricultural burning means:  open burning of any agricultural waste (material generated or used by an agricultural operation such as grass and grain crops).

Demolition burning means:  the burning of any material actually resulting from or produced by partial or complete destruction or tearing down of any man-made structure or the clearing of any site for land improvement or cleanup.

Demolition Burning is Prohibited in the Lyons Fire District.
